1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of information technology (IT) services and repair services (collectively referred to as "Services") by Mason Hull SGF ("Company") to its customers ("Customer"). By using our Services, the Customer agrees to adhere to and be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Agreement
2.1 Scope of Services: The Company will provide IT services and repairs as agreed upon with the Customer. The specific details of each service will be outlined in a separate service agreement or work order.
2.2 Service Charges: The Customer agrees to pay the Company for the Services as per the rates and payment terms specified in the service agreement or invoice.
2.3 Service Warranty: The Company will provide a warranty period for its services. Any issues arising within this warranty period will be addressed without additional charges, subject to the terms of this agreement.
3. Customer Responsibilities
3.1 Cooperation: The Customer must cooperate with the Company's technicians and provide all necessary information and access to facilitate the provision of Services.
3.2 Backup: The Customer is responsible for backing up their data before any service commences. The Company is not liable for any data loss.
3.3 Payment: The Customer must make timely payments as per the agreed-upon terms. Failure to do so may result in additional charges and suspension of services.
4. Service Delivery
4.1 Time-frame: The Company will make reasonable efforts to complete the Services within the agreed-upon time-frame, but it does not guarantee a specific completion date.
4.2 Delays: The Company is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as third-party delays, natural disasters, or emergencies.
5. Warranty and Liability
5.1 Warranty: The Company provides a warranty for its Services, as outlined in the service agreement. The warranty covers the specific services provided and does not extend to any new issues or problems unrelated to the services performed.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: The Company's liability for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, hardware damage, or financial losses, is limited to damages determined to be caused and/or contributed to be caused by the Company.
6. Termination
6.1 Termination by Customer: The Customer may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice to the Company, subject to any applicable cancellation fees as outlined in the service agreement.
6.2 Termination by Company: The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Customer violates these Terms or engages in any unlawful or unethical activities.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the provision of Services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.
9. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will become effective upon posting on our website or notifying the Customer in writing.

By accepting these Terms, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
Effective Date: October 1, 2022 to present date.
